So I was dared to shave my pubic hair... yeah stupid. I know.
Answer
An ingrown hair is a tender, painful red bump on the skin. They usually appear anywhere we shave... and often in clusters and appear when closely cut hairs curl back and reenter the same hair follicle causing inflammation and infection. If you would like to speed up the healing process you can apply a hot cloth or hot compress on your ingrown pubic hair. This is a common method to deal with inflammation but it also helps to soften the pubic hair beneath your skin so that it may rise above the surface. Good luck, sweetie.
